Queens fall to 1-2 after day 2 at CCAA curling nationals

The RDC Queens moved into the win column on Day 2 of the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Curling Championships.

The RDC Queens moved into the win column on Day 2 of the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Curling Championships.

After a loss in the opening draw, the Queens bounced back with a big 9-8 win over the Douglas College Royals of B.C. in draw 3.

In draw 5, the Queens were in good shape early but allowed four in the last two ends to fall 9-4 to the Humber Hawks.

The Queens play twice on Day 3, opening against the Sault College Cougars of Ontario and the Fanshawe Falcons in draw 9.
