The Lindsay Thurber Raiders came up just short of the ultimate prize at the Alberta Schools Athletic Association Rugby Provincials.

The Raiders fell 17-10 to the Henry Wisewood Warriors in the Tier I gold medal game and had to settle for silver.

Lindsay Thurber led 10-7 at halftime but surrendered two second-half tries in the loss.

Rimbey won 27-0 over Banff to capture bronze in Tier III girls play.
