Red Deer Riggers to play pair of home games in Sylvan Lake

Red Deer will play Aug. 3 and Aug. 10 at Pogadl Park, home of the Sylvan Lake Gulls

The Red Deer Riggers will play their next two home games at brand new Pogadl Park in Sylvan Lake.

The Riggers will enjoy the confines of the Western Canadian Baseball League’s Sylvan Lake Gulls for their next two home contests in Sunburst Baseball League Action.

Red Deer (3-9) will host the Edmonton Cubs at Gulls Stadium on Aug. 3 with first pitch set for 7:30 p.m. before welcoming the St. Albert Tigers to Sylvan Lake Aug. 10 as the regular season winds down.

The Riggers are 3-9 on the season with the playoffs set to kick off later this month.
